  2. Participation in the Pressie Planner gift guide promotion constitutes an acceptance by you of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not take part in the Pressie Planner gift guide.
  3. The Pressie Planner gift guide will be available from 9.00am Monday 3 November 2025 until 7.00pm Wednesday 24 December 2025, or such other period as we determine.
  4. The Pressie Planner gift guide delivers participants a list of gift ideas from participating retailers at the relevant shopping centre, based on the categories chosen by the participant.

  • Agree to join the Kiwi Property Group mailing list (you can unsubscribe at any time); and
  • Complete the Pressie Planner gift guide actions.

  2. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: Sylvia Park, LynnMall, The Base, The Plaza and Northlands.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  4. You acknowledge that participating retailers enter into the gift guide directly (without any monitoring or verification by the Promoter) details of all products, merchandise, services and other items featured in the gift guide from time to time (Gift Guide Products). You accept that Gift Guide Products may not be available for purchase and that the Promoter is not in any way responsible for ensuring that any Gift Guide Products are available for purchase.
  5. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any participant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By participating in this promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  6. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The participant provides their information to the Promoter.
