LynnMall Epic Emoji Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is LynnMall located at 3058 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand.

2. The Promotional Period commences Saturday 8 July 2017 at 9:00am NZDT and ends Sunday 23 July 2017 at 6:00pm NZDT.

3. This promotion is open to residents of New Zealand. 4. To enter the Promotion, the customer must: a. Determine the correct number of emoji’s featured in the floor sticker located outside Number One Shoes at LynnMall. b. Enter their guess by submitting an official entry form at The Epic Emoji Challenge iPad stand, also located outside Number One Shoes at LynnMall.

5. Entry is limited to one entry per day, per customer for the Promotion Period. 6. To be eligible for the prize, the customer must fill out the entry form correctly with their full name, email and phone number.

7. By entering the prize draw and supplying their email address, customers agree to join the LynnMall mailing database.

8. There is one prize of a $1,000 Kiwi Property Gift Card. 9. If no one correctly guesses the number of emoji’s, a secondary prize of a $500 Kiwi Property Gift Card will be given to the customer with the closest guess. 10. Should more than one customer make the correct guess, a draw of correct guesses will be conducted. 11. The prize draw will be conducted by LynnMall Centre Management on Monday 24 July 2017 at 11:00am NZDT.

12. The winner of the prize draw will be contacted by phone or email, no later than 5:00pm on the same day of the prize draw.

13. The promoter reserves the right to redraw the major prize if the promoter is unable to contact a winner after four attempts by 5:00pm the following day using the contact details provided by the entrant.

14. The prize may not be exchanged for cash.

15. Any winner takes the prize at his/her own risk and indemnifies Kiwi Property in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax and other costs that may be associated with the prize. 16. The promoter, LynnMall management and staff, retailers, contractors, their immediate families and associated agencies of the promoter are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
