What to do?

LYNNMALL'S MALLWALK

LynnMall Shopping Centre offers 'MallWalk' - an excercise programme operated within the centre's facilities.  In summer enjoy walking in an air cinditioned environment, and in winter benefit from the shelter of walking in our enclosed centre.

Time:  6.45am till 8.00am.

Cost:  FREE

Meeting Place:  Park in the Foodtown carpark, enter the centre through the corridor between Ali Baba Kebabs and Video Ezy, turn left and assemble in the Foodcourt.  Please arrive between 6.45am and 7am.  The walk commences at 7am.

Trainers:  Two fully qualified personal trainers, James and Zoe, take each session and monitor your progress.

So bring your friends and family and come along twice a week for some exercise and fun.
