Mother's Day Gift With Purchase Terms and Conditions
1. Claiming a Mother’s Day gift with purchase valued at $15.00 RRP is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The ability to claim a Mother’s Day gift with purchase is open to all persons except employees of AMP Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.
3. To obtain a Mother’s Day gift with purchase, customers must spend $70 or more in a single transaction at any participating stores (Excluding Foodtown Supermarket, ASB Bank, National Bank Face to Face, ANZ Bank, State Insurance, AMI Insurance, Ticketek, LynnMall gift voucher sales and Lollipops Educare) then take their receipt to the Information Kiosk for validation. The promotion commences 9.00 am Monday, 27 April 2009. Only receipts dated from this date at participating stores are eligible.
4. Customers will receive one winter gift with purchase for every transaction of $70 or more at participating retailers, e.g. $140 = 1 x gift with purchase; $450 = 1 x gift with purchase, etc.
5. Eligible customers can only collect the Mother’s Day gift with purchase from the Information Kiosk from 9.00am Monday, 27 April 2009. Stocks are strictly limited to 1,700 units and will only be given to eligible customers while stocks last.
6. The gift with purchase is valued at $15.00 RRP and contains, hand and nail treatment cream and bath salt.
7. This promotion is limited to a maximum of 1,500 gifts.
8. Participating stores may change at any time without notice.
9. The gift with purchase cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Claimant’s consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about claimants, including the Claimant’s name and address, for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies, without compensation. The promoter will hold the information securely. Claimants have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access the information and request correction of any errors.
11. The promoter is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift packs.
