Looking for a covered, one level, convenient and secure environment where you can partake in exercise at your own pace with fully trained instructors on hand?
LynnMall offers you 'MallWalk' - an exercise programme operated within the shopping centre facilities. In summer, enjoy walking in an air-conditioned environment, and in winter benefit from the shelter of walking in our enclosed centre.

Tuesday and Thursday morning each week

Meeting Place:
Park in the Countdown carpark, enter through corridor between Ali Baba and Video Ezy and assemble at Foodcourt
Trainers:
Two fully trained personal trainers take each session and monitor your progress
Who:
Everyone is welcome!! This includes mums with prams to the elderly and disabled!
So bring your friends and family and come along twice a week for some fun.
