Located behind Muffin Break, near Memorial Drive entrance, the Customer Services team members are happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to LynnMall.

There's a range of services available at LynnMall to assist while you shop at the centre.  Services available at the kiosk are:

  • General enquiries.
  • Gift Vouchers.
  • Ticketek.
  • Public transport information and timetables.
  • Lost property.
  • Customer feedback system.
  • Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs - for your added convenience, LynnMall provides mobility scooters for a small, per hour  fee and wheelchairs for free.  Since equipment is limited, we suggest you book in advance.
  • Kiddy Kruisers and Pushchairs - for the ultimate child's shopping experience, Kiddy Kruisers and pushchairs are available and can be hired from the Customer Service Kiosk for a small fee.

Parents Rooms

LynnMall Shopping Centre has two quiet and relaxing parent rooms for your convenience.

Both parent rooms provide changing stations, private feeding rooms, bathroom facilities and microwaves.

Locations are

  • amenities area down corridor next to Whitcoulls
  • exit to the foodcourt (corridor behind Tokyo Sushi)

Toilets

 Toilets are conveniently located throughout the shopping centre:

  • by Bond and Bond and Unichem
  • Baby City and Parents room
  • JB Hi-Fi and Parents Room

Day Care Facility

Lollipops Educare is a day care facility providing a happy, safe, caring environment for your child. Whether you would like to use the service for one or two hours while you shop or for the whole day, Lollipops Educare is the facility to use.

From $7 per hour, per child, $165 per week.
